CASE STUDY
Almo’s eCommerce division underwent rapid growth in a short period, needing a comprehensive update of multiple house brands' assets and the creation of compelling visual assets for potential vendors. Initially, as the sole designer in this division, with help of ACD, I expanded and mentored a team of five multimedia designers to significantly boost asset production for each house brand. This expansion led to enhanced brand visibility, higher click-through rates, and increased conversions and sales across various retail channels.
